Favorite lipsticks! One of my new year resolution is to update this little blog more often. I hope everyone had a wonderful new year’s eve, and - of course, I wish to you all the best year ever! love, health, luck and happiness for each of you. I’m still sick, but managed to enjoy the evening with my family and friends. Now I’m back to bed, and all I want is to get better as soon as possible; there are so many things I want/need to do.

My new perfume since a little month. It smells SO good - if you don’t know which fragrance to choose, for a gift or yourself, go for this one. Being a big fan of Elie Saab, I’m really happy his perfume is almost as gorgeous as his fashion work. The middle note develops into a jasmine absolute, a legendary flower in perfumery, imparting voluptuousness and elegance to the fragrance. It combines with a pure, modern patchouli heart. The base note unfolds into a cedar woody accord adding character and a lingering trail, while the honey rose envelops the composition in a beautifully addictive note.

In a previous post I talked about my love for Too Faced products - the cute packaging and the quality of the brushes made me want to try other products from the brand. Always in need of new lipsticks colors, I bought the “Lips of luxury” in pink flamingo. Once again I wasn’t disappointed at all! The texture is super soft and creamy, the color is a nice deep coral, and it lasts pretty long. Of course to me Yves Saint Laurent stays the best lipstick brand, but I recommend this one too (Plus it’s like ten euros cheaper.) I will gladly buy & try other things from this super cute brand very soon (I’m thinking about one of those big, pretty palette.)

A little part of my too big collection of mascara. I always find it hard to trust the commercial and packaging, yet I can’t help but buy it. I love the “Volum’ Express” collection from Maybelline, with a little preference for the cat eye’s one. Those aren’t too expensive, and well..they do add good volume. I heard the Bad Gal lash from Benefit is great and it’s probably the next one in my buying list! What is your favorite brand/line?

Alexander McQueen “classic” skull clutch - “Daisy” eau de parfum by Marc Jacobs Pop art edition. I need them both and they already are in my Christmas want list. Just dreaming over it and doodled them both together - they are a great match!
